We often refer sellers and buyers to Carbon Oxford. It is entirely your decision whether you choose to deal with Carbon but should you decide to use Carbon to arrange your mortgage for your ongoing purchase you should know that we would usually receive a referral fee of 25% of Carbon’s net fee for introducing them to you. We can advise you of the actual amount on request.
Surveyors
We are happy to refer buyers to Sanders Cobb Surveyors who are well regarded RICS surveying firm. We receive 10% of their fee for the introduction.
We do NOT take a referral fee for any of the following.
Introducing firms of solicitors
Introducing contractors such as plumbers, decorators, builders, electricians etc
Introducing Removals Firms
Burton Matthews will only ever refer business to any third party business if we truly believe the business we are referring to holds the same high standards as our own and will benefit the client being referred.
